The elegant Georgian Manor is located just a few miles from Sandringham. Set in gracious parkland, orchards and gardens, the hotel is renowned for its herb garden with over 700 varieties of herbs.
Lead by head chef Jamie Murch, the three-hour cookery course will guide guests through every aspect of grand dining from canapés to dessert. Numbers are strictly limited to ten participants so that each student receives special individual tuition on how to prepare each course.
After a morning of food preparation guests can retire to the Orangery restaurant and sample the culinary delights with fine wine to accompany every course. Each student will receive recipes and a special gift as a reminder of their experience.
