You can enjoy this special activity by working in the Congham Hall kitchens learning how to prepare each course from the canapés through to the dessert. Starting at 10.00am we will talk you through the recipes and methods and help you along the way with our expertise. Then once all the cooking is over you can enjoy all your hard work by dining in the Orangery restaurant with wine to complement your lunch.
