Working within a brigade of six with mainly split shifts although some straight shifts including evenings and weekends, approximately forty-eight hours over five days per week with two days off.
You will work under the supervision of either the Head Chef or in his absence, the Sous Chef. Full and on-going training will be given with the option of gaining NVQ qualifications in the workplace if desired.
This position would suit an experienced Commis Chef looking for the next step up or an existing Chef de Partie looking to progress and broaden their skills and knowledge of food.
Salary negotiable. This is a full-time, permanent position.
