The prices include VAT and are per bedroom per night based on two people sharing. Where dinner is quoted within the rate, a £40.00 per person dinner allowance is included. We recommend booking a table in our restaurant in advance to avoid disappointment. Please note that we cannot accept provisional bookings for our restaurant. We would also ask that in the unlikely event that you should wish to cancel your dinner reservation with us that you give us plenty of notice to allow us to offer the table to our reserve list.

We can accommodate food intolerance, allergies and diets such as coeliac and lactose free as well as vegetarian or vegan. Rest assured the kitchen staff and restaurant staff, have knowledge and training on specific conditions. Please tell us of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking as we can provide a much more interesting menu with prior notice. Please note we have a resident cat (only in the lounges) named Marley.
A minimum stay of two nights is required for Valentines, Easter and Bank Holiday Weekends if you wish to include a Saturday night.
Check in is from 2.00pm until 11.00pm on day of arrival, however if arriving after 11.00pm access must be arranged, as we do not have a night porter. If you are arriving after 11.00pm, please advise us at the time of booking to ensure access. Check out is no later than 11.00am.
We charge £30.00 per child (0-11years), including breakfast, when sharing with parents. We are happy to organise baby-sitting with a registered childminder with advance notice. For our younger diners of up to 7 years of age, high tea is served daily from 5.30pm until 6.30pm. Older diners aged 7 years and above are welcome to dine with their parents in the Orangery restaurant in the evening.
Booking Conditions We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract. A deposit of £100.00 per room is payable upon confirmation of a booking. Any reservation cancelled within seven days of arrival is liable to be charged at 90% of the value of the booking unless the accommodation is subsequently re-let. We regret there can be no allowance or reduction for curtailment of your stay. We advise insurance cover to be taken out at the time of booking.
